By teaching you the techniques, history, and practices of Reiki, it's my aim to help you experience and enjoy the benefits of Reiki for the rest of your life, because everything you learn during your time with me will stay with you forever.
Many people believe when you are ready to embrace the principles of Reiki you will be guided to a teacher. I personally believe that Reiki, with its infinite wisdom and unconditional love, seeks out the person when they need it most.
This is true of my own experience and introduction to Reiki, and I hope it is true of yours.​​

The Three Reiki Levels
Reiki First Degree (Reiki I) is all about YOU and your well-being, which is why we practice self-treatment. A daily self-treatment will help to prevent sickness and disease, bringing your life into focus and balance quickly.​Please click below to read more.

Reiki Second Degree (Reiki II) deepens your knowledge of Reiki and attunes you to ancient symbols and techniques, which not only enriches your own self-treatment, but shows you how to help others, too. There should be a minimum gap of three months between take Reiki I and Reiki II. At this level, you are qualified to become a Reiki Practitioner. Please click below to read more.

The Reiki Master/Teacher level is for those who feel Reiki is their vocation. Because this third degree requires a high level of spiritual maturity and carries with it a deep responsibility, at least nine months (and ideally longer) should elapse between Reiki I and Reiki Master/Teacher Shinpiden Level III.
