Learn Reiki With Me
If you've had a full Reiki Treatment with me, then I hope you'd agree it was a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
So imagine what it would be like to feel that sense of calm and balance every day, whenever you needed it, not just after a Reiki Treatment in The Cabin.

By teaching you the techniques, history, and practices of Reiki, it's my aim to help you experience and enjoy the benefits of Reiki for the rest of your life, because everything you learn during your Reiki I day will stay with you forever.
Many people believe when you are ready to embrace the principles of Reiki you will be guided to a teacher. I personally believe that Reiki, with its infinite wisdom and unconditional love, seeks out the person when they need it most.
This is true of my own experience and introduction to Reiki, and I hope it is true of yours.
Reiki I Training
Reiki is an ancient healing technique. Its origins can be found in India and the East and date back many thousands of years. However, the original name, disciplines and techniques of Reiki were lost due to the traditional method of passing knowledge from generation to generation by word-of-mouth.
We do know, however, that just over 100 years ago, it was rediscovered by a Japanese scholar named Dr Mikao Usui.
It is the teachings of Dr Usui that I will teach you. There are three levels in Reiki training (Reiki I, Reiki II, Reiki Master). The first level, Reiki I, enables you to learn how to quickly and easily give yourself Reiki, and how to treat family and friends.

What you will learn
01
Your attunement to Reiki
Reiki is different from all other hands-on healing systems, and what makes it unique is the “attunement", which allows people to immediately begin using Reiki.

The attunement is an ancient Tibetan technique, a process which opens you up to becoming a channel for Universal Life Force Energy.
02
How Reiki works: the Chakras
There are seven main energy centres, or chakras, in the body that together control the flow of Universal Life Force. Each chakra is responsible for supplying energy to specific parts of the body. When the chakras are blocked, or clogged, the body becomes sick and the flow of energy is diluted.
If your life is out of balance, then so are your chakras.
By focusing on the seven main energy centres, and understanding the function of each one, we are able to rebalance the flow of energy around the body.
03
How to do a self-treatment
Reiki I is all about YOU and your well-being, which is why we practice self-treatment. A daily self-treatment will help to prevent sickness and disease, bringing your life into focus and balance quickly. Every time you use Reiki on yourself, you raise your self-esteem and self-love. You will begin to discover your mission in life, in addition to becoming more compassionate and loving.
04
How to give Reiki to others
Once attuned to Reiki I, in addition to self-treatments, I encourage you to give Reiki to friends and family as this will help you to develop your Reiki skills. In addition to learning how to give a full treatment, you will also learn about the Rapid Reiki Treatment, which focuses on all the major chakra points, while the client sits in a chair.
