Are you struggling with stress?

You’re not alone!
Sadly, so many of the clients who visit me at Mintaka Reiki in Sandbach, are suffering from the effects of stress.
Whether that’s feeling overwhelmed with life, struggling with exhaustion, or simply being unsure where to turn to next, the effects of stress can manifest in so many different ways, and no two people experience it in exactly the same way.
But there is always one constant resource out there that can help you with stress: Reiki.
For anyone who doesn’t know, Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing practice, which is centred on relaxation and stress relief. It’s based on the belief that an unseen life force energy flows through us all, affecting both our physical and emotional health.
During a Reiki session, a Reiki practitioner like me uses hands-on techniques and focussed intention to rebalance my client's energy, thereby promoting healing and balance.
It sounds incredible. And it is!
Because carving out just 45 minutes for a Reiki session really can be transformative, providing you with a sacred space to focus solely on yourself for a change.
A Reiki Treatment helps you disconnect from the external world and instead allows you to reconnect with your inner self, which in turn allows for deep relaxation, rejuvenation – and a reduction in stress.

So, if you’re feeling trapped, repeating the same cycles, or maybe struggling to find clarity or direction in life, then I’d urge you to consider Reiki as a way through the dark times.
Life shouldn’t be that difficult. So instead of pressing on, press pause. Do something that’s just for you.
When my clients first step in to The Cabin, which is nestled next to the Trent & Mersey Canal, in the heart of Cheshire countryside, they tell me they feel an immediate sense of calm. It’s a safe haven. And my focus is entirely on you.
Once we begin your Reiki Treatment, you’ll hopefully notice an immediate respite, even a sense of bliss, as the noise inside your head quietens and you’re able to reconnect to your own inner wisdom.
Most of us already know what we need to do in order to heal, and by welcoming Reiki into your world, you begin to finally listen to that wisdom inside.
Reiki allows your energy to flow freely again, so as your stress starts to melt away and clarity can return, a feeling of spaciousness and lightness grows.
A shift has started.
And the thing about Reiki is, it continues to benefit you long after your Reiki Treatment has ended. The feelings can last days, weeks – or sometimes forever.
So, if you are feeling stressed right now, why not prioritise yourself for a change, lighten the load, and be kind to yourself? Allow Reiki to be your friend.
Until next week.
Much love,
Denise.
