Are you ready to embrace a new you?

It’s been a busy weekend for me at Mintaka Reiki in Sandbach, as I’ve been teaching!

I can honestly say that it’s so exciting to share the joy that is Reiki with a whole new group of people – but when that same group of people come back to dive even deeper into Reiki, learning the next level of this ancient healing practice – well, it’s nothing short of an honour, really.

“Learning Reiki really has changed my life, because I do things differently now. I’m a lot calmer than I used to be, and I feel happier and more optimistic.”

That’s how one of my former students recently summed up her feelings about learning Reiki. And those sentiments are something I hear again and again – I know that’s also how some of the students who came to learn Reiki II this weekend, felt after they’d taken their first Reiki I workshop.

It's also how I felt recently, after I went on a three-day Reiki Retreat myself, spending time with a teacher who is widely recognised as one of the world's leading Reiki experts - Frans Stiene. You can read about my own life-changing experience by clicking below:

For anyone who doesn’t know, Reiki is a safe, natural, and simple healing technique, which anyone can learn. Many people turn to Reiki as a way of helping themselves with a physical problem, such as pain, or insomnia or infertility. The list is endless!

But Reiki’s not just about physical healing; it also delves deep into emotional and spiritual wellness – which is where it can help you with grief, worry, stress, anxiety…

By teaching the techniques, history, and practices of Reiki, it's my aim to help people to experience the benefits of Reiki for the rest of their life, because everything you learn during your Reiki Training workshop stays with you forever.

As do the Reiki friends you make.

I invite all my students back to The Cabin once a month to enjoy a FREE Reiki Share Treatment together; it’s also a time to swap stories, ask questions, and generally enjoy Reiki time with others who share and understand your interest.

Many people believe that when you’re ready to embrace the principles of Reiki you will be guided to a teacher. I personally believe that Reiki, with its infinite wisdom and unconditional love, seeks out the person when they need it most.

So, if you’re reading this and you feel that time is now, then I’d love to welcome you into The Cabin, which is nestled next to the Trent & Mersey canal in Wheelock. There’s still space on my beginners’ Reiki I workshop next week, and in just one day you’ll learn everything you need to know to enable you to start giving yourself a Reiki self-treatment. And every time you use Reiki on yourself, you raise your self-esteem and self-love.

Full details about all my Reiki Workshops are available on my website: https://www.mintaka-reiki.com/about-2

Until next week.

Much love,

Denise
